Heard both the sides. These are the applications by the original claimants for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this Court.

The learned advocate for the original claimant and the learned advocate Mr. Rajale for the acquiring body unanimously submit that in respect of few other claimants this Court has allowed them to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court and similar order can be passed even in this matter.

In view of such joint statement, these applications are allowed in terms of the order passed in Civil Application No.877 of 2018 in First Appeal No.3464 of 2016 and connected matters dated 19.01.2018. 1/2

The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in the reference court, 50% by furnishing an undertaking in usual terms and 25% by furnishing solvent security with accrued interest. The applications are disposed of.
