After hearing learned Counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of present petitions as same are pending since 2012 with 1 / 2

902_WP438812.odt interim order in favour of petitioners, thereby directing Respondent No.3 to decide the pending proposals of petitioners for approval, filed by the management - Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, as early as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks. Interim protection already granted, to continue till decision by Respondent No.3 and for two weeks further, if adverse order is passed and communicate to petitioners.

Both petitions and civil applications therein are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
