Heard both the parties. This is an application seeking restoration of main matter i.e. Criminal Writ Petition No.890 of 2021 that is dismissed for default by this Court by order dated 05.04.2023. 02.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned Advocate for respondent No.1 stating that there was continuous default on the part of the petitioners to work out the matter.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and to give one chance to the petitioners, the application is allowed.
