Order :- 1.

This court under order dated 18.7.2012 granted ad-interim stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Tribunal subject to condition that the entire decretal amount shall ;be deposited within six weeks.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the entire decretal amount has been deposited in this court pursuant to the directions issued by this court. Therefore, the ad-interim granted by this court be confirmed till final decision of the appeal on merit. 3.

In view of submission, there would be no impediment to grant stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the tribunal. Hence, the applications stand allowed.
