IN THE HIGH COURT AT BOMBAY

APPELLATE SIDE, BENCH AT AURANGABAD

911. SA/180/2002 SHIVRAM YEDUBA DANGODE V/S COLLECTOR AURANGABAD AND ORS Mr. R.A. Jaiswal, Advocate for appellant.

Mrs. R.K. Ladda, AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Mr. M.A. Khan, Advocate for respondent Nos. 5A, 5B, 5/C-1 to 5/C-3, 5/D-1 to 5/D-3.

CORAM : T.V. NALAWADE, J.

DATED : 15th October, 2015.

ORDER :

1.

Learned counsel Shri. Jaiswal submitted that he has no instruction from his client. Seen the orders made by this Court on 26th August 2015 and 11th September 2015. This Court would have already dismissed the matter, but as Advocate Shri. Jaiswal requested for time of two weeks and submitted that he was filing appearance in place of Mr. Dhage, time was given to him. Then the matter was adjourned and on 11.9.2015 this Court directed to place the matter on 15.10.2015. Even after that also Advocate Shri. Jaiswal is seeking adjournment by submitting that he has not received instruction. The matter is very old, of 2002. It appears that stay is granted by this Court against the Government.

2.

In view of these circumstances, appeal itself is dismissed. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
