Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that charge-sheet is filed on 02.03.2021. The Applicant is not shown as an Accused. Instead, she is shown as one of the witnesses. He submits that this application is filed under an apprehension that the Applicant may be arraigned as an Accused. There is no other charge-sheet or supplementary charge-sheet annexed to this application and there are no prayers for quashing of any such additional charge-sheet. The prayer made in the application is with specific reference to charge-sheet no. 129/2021 dated 02.03.2021,
