Appeal is directed against the order dated 16.02.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.3762 of 1993.
Respondent-employee presented Complaint to the Labour Court raising challenge to the order of termination, which came to be allowed and a direction was issued to the appellantemployer to reinstate the employee in service with continuity and back wages. While entertaining the Revision Application presented by the employer, Industrial Court dismissed the same thereby confirming order passed by the Labour Court. In pursuance to the directions issued by the Labour Court, the employee has already been reinstated in service and almost completed his service tenure
{2} lpa10612.odt and as such, learned Single Judge did not thought it appropriate to cause interference in the matter.
Apart from this, concurrent findings recorded by the Labour Court and Industrial Court were not found to be erroneous so as to cause interference. We have perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge and we do not find any irregularity or illegality in the reasons recorded so as to cause interference. The appeal is devoid of substance.
