On 9th July, 2014, original complainant issued certificate certifying that loan account was duly adjusted by the accused person by repaying the entire loan of Rs.2,50,000/-. In this back ground, an application is moved for modification of the order dated 20th March, 2014, wherein the applicant

2306.15crapln (2) was directed to deposit Rs.75,000/- within period of one month and balance amount of Rs.75,000/- within one month thereafter.

In view of no objection by the respondent, in my opinion, the prayer for modification needs to be allowed. The orders dated 20th March, 2014 and 16th June, 2014 passed by this Court stand modified as under :- (a) In view of no objection given by the respondent Navi Peth Urban Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Jalgaon based on the certificate dated 9th July, 2014, it is made clear that the applicant is not required to deposit any further amount.

(b) Liberty to the applicant to move for compromise pursuant to the provisions of Maharashtra Co-operative Act.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.
