1) It is 2.30 pm. Today father has brought two children in the Court. This Court is to consider as to whether the children want to stay with the mother for some time as the children are in custody of the father since 15th May 2011 and access was given every Saturday to the mother in the Family Court.

2 Application 2308/2015 2) Before considering what the children think of the mother this Court wants to give some opportunity to the mother to have talk with the children. They are to have talk in the room of the Personal Assistant. In the presence of the Personal Assistant the matter will be taken at 4.30 p.m.
