The applicant who is wife of original appellant - accused by name Avinash Pakhale is seeking leave to continue with the Criminal Appeal No.12 of 2013, since the original accused died on 15.09.2020.

Learned Counsel submits that, the delay has been caused since the applicant had to approach Legal Services Authority for getting legal aid. Moreover, the applicant wants to continue the appeal as the pensionary benefits are withheld Pooja K.

913 Appln-1045-2021 and the son of deceased also wants to apply for job on compensatory basis.

Learned A.P.P. is not having any strong objection and therefore the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'
