This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 267 days occurred in presenting the criminal appeal. Appellant is convicted for offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life.

Considering the nature of offence, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the appeal stands condoned.
