Mr. Aghav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 is not qualified as per the eligibility criteria.

The respondent no.1 published re-tender for providing live web streaming (Audio, Video, Record, Viewing & Other services) for Parliament Election of Beed Constituency.

Mr. Sharma, the learned counsel for respondent no.1 on instructions makes a statement that work has been allotted to respondent no.2 and he has also commenced the work.

Considering the fact that the work is allotted for live web streaming (Audio, Video, Record, Viewing & Other services) for Parliament Election of Beed Constituency to be held on 18.04.2019, it will not be possible to entertain the petition at this stage. It would also be difficult to make alternate arrangement at this stage.

In light of the above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
