The learned advocate for the petitioner informs that, now the parties have settled the matter amicably out of the Court. Even Khulanama is also executed. He submits that, in view of the same, the criminal writ petition has become infructuous. An amount of Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Forty Thousand only) is already deposited in this Court as per the settlement. The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the amount by the respondent.

In view of the above, criminal writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court of Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Forty Thousand only) plus Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) pursuant to order dated 11.04.2019.
