Mr.Dhage, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that this matter involves a service dispute. A short issue as to whether, a parttime employee engaged on day to day basis and continuously, could be termed as a full time employee in the light of the reported judgments, is to be decided. He further submits that this Court by it's order dated 07.09.2012 in Civil Application No.9344/2012 had granted liberty to the Applicant to seek listing of the writ petition for final hearing after six months. The said order is passed almost three years ago. Mr.Bhavthankar, learned Advocate for the Respondent/
