1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0405/2024, registered with Shivoor Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Gramin), for the offences punishable under Sections 119(1), 333, 118(1), 115, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, at the relevant time, the applicant was not present at the spot of the incidence and there are prior dispute between the parties, still, the applicant is specifically named in the FIR as the assailant.

4] The learned APP submits that incident had taken place in the house of the informant in the late hours. So also, the learned APP submits that the CDR report indicates that the applicant was present near the spot of the offence and the injury caused to informant is grievous in nature. Involvement of applicant is prima-facie seen. No case is made out for grant of bail.

5] In view of the above, the Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
