Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are seeking direction against the respondents to accept the price of Nazrana and regularize the registered sale deed dated 20.11.1999. The petitioners are also challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar dated 20.03.2019 and the order of Collector dated 09.10.2017. 2.

It appears that the orders impugned in the present Writ Petition are passed in RTS appeal.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioners have remedy against the orders before the superior Revenue

In light of that, the petitioners may assail the orders impugned in the present Writ Petition in prayer clause - B before the competent superior authorities as is permissible in the law. As far as the contentions of the petitioners with regard to the directions against respondent Nos.1 to 3 to accept the price of Nazrana and regularization of sale deed is concerned the petitioners may approach the appropriate authority in that regard by filing a comprehensive application. In case, such an application is filed, the competent authority shall take decision upon the same on its own merits preferably within 3 months.

The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
