Heard the learned counsel for applicant, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and the learned APP for the State. Criminal Application No.1530 of 2022 is filed for amendment for adding the grounds with regard to filing of the charge-sheet in C.R. No.202 of 2021.

In view of filing of the charge-sheet, the grounds mentioned in paragraph Nos.3-B and 3-C are necessary to be taken into consideration for the purpose of main application. Hence, in the interest of justice, the application for amendment stands allowed. The applicants to amend Criminal Application No.3197 of 2021 within a

945 appln.1530.22 anr.odt period of two weeks from today. The amended copy be supplied to the respondents. Criminal Application No.1530 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.

After the amendment is carried out in Criminal Application No.3197 of 2021, place Criminal Application No.3197 of 2021 on board on 15th July, 2022.
