PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across bar the order passed by the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Wadwani dated 1st December, 2015 and submits that, in pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has resumed the duty in the office of the Block Education Officer at Wadwani. The said order is taken on record and marked `X' for identification purposes. 2.

The Respondents to verify the said fact and in case the petitioner has joined in pursuant to the order dated 1st December, 2015, the Respondents to calculate the salary of the petitioner in accordance with the procedure/Rules and take final decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from today and if the petitioner is found eligible for payment of salary, the said amount of

5067.15WP the salary should be disbursed to the petitioner forthwith. We do not express any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner's salary.
