When this Court has called upon the learned Counsel for the petitioner whether the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount awarded in the Arbitration proceedings No.TCDUDL-11/2021, learned Counsel for the petitioner shows inability of the petitioner to deposit any amount.

Having regard to the provisions of Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and in view of the settled position of law that no money decree can be stayed without deposit of at least certain amount.
