The petition has been moved seeking mandamus to respondent no. 2 - Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee, to decide the pending tribe claim of petitioner.

Having regard to the same, it would be expedient that respondent no. 2 decides the pending tribe claim of petitioner, if not already decided, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this court.

Petitioner to remain present before respondent no.2 - the Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee on 09-01-2019 and shall abide by schedule of the committee and shall co-operate with it.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application no. 2848 of 2015 also stands disposed of.
