Heard Mr. Katneshwarkar, the learned counsel for petitioners. The petitioners seeks directions against Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to declare the result of remaining 4 stages in the Gram Panchayat Constituency.

The order is passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in a Writ Petition No. 9197 of 2015 with Writ Petition No. 9198 of 2015 wherein the counting of votes in respect of 4 stages is stalled until further orders.

Passing any orders contrary to the same would be sitting over the orders passed by the learned Single Judge. The same could not be permissible. It is submitted that, issue is referred to the Larger Bench in another matter.

In light of that, this Court cannot entertain the petition. The petitioner may file appropriate petition / application seeking the same relief before the appropriate Court.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
