Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, employer has issued notice dated 13.07.2020 to produce validity certificate, else adverse action would be taken. 2.

According to the learned counsel, since the year 2017 validation proceeding is pending with the committee. 3.

We have have been shown order dated 18.01.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 684 of 2018 filed by the present petitioner. In that also the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 therein were restrained from taking adverse action against the petitioner till the next date. It is not disputed that, the Writ Petition No. 684 of 2018 is pending.

In fact, the petitioner ought not to have filed present writ petition and in the pending writ petition only should have sought the orders.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps in the pending writ petition. No costs.
