The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this PIL was filed in connection with laying of the approach road for connecting Ratnapur village with State High Way - 211 on the Osmanabad - Beed Highway. Since the said road is now laid, the purpose for which the PIL was filed, has been achieved. The petitioner desires to withdraw this PIL.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,000/- and the accrued interest be donated to the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

In view of the above, this PIL is disposed of, as withdrawn on instructions.

The petitioner is at liberty to withdraw Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) under identification of the learned Advocate. The Registry of the Court would transfer the accrued interest on the said amount, to the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
