This application is filed by the Original Claimant, who is also appellant in First Appeal No. 751 of 2006, to add applicant Nos. 2 and 3 as co-appellants in the First Appeal.

After going through the compromise decree, passed in Regular Civil Suit No.269 of 2012, by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Kaij, it becomes clear that applicant Nos. 2 and 3 have also interest in Survey No. 151, which is the subject matter in the

ca7503.18 present appeal. Therefore, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
