It is the grievance of the petitioners that the order passed in favour of the petitioners by the Mamlatdar under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906 is reviewed after one month. Admittedly, there is no power of review, with the Mamlatdar under the said Act. Fact remains that the petitioners can avail alternate remedy under the said Act.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed off by granting stay to the impugned order for a period of two weeks, so as to enable the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
