We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Various grounds are raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, same would be disputed question of fact. The learned counsel relies on the judgment of Manchak S/o. Shahaji Pawar

All stages in the process of election are complete except voting. Even symbols are allotted and the voting is scheduled on 27th April, 2016. The petitioner has a remedy under the statute. 3.
In light of that, the Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available in law to challenge election as may be permissible.
