The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, a proper representation along with copies of the judicial pronouncement of this Court and the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, dated 20/08/2020, passed in Special Leave Petition (Civ.) Diary No.12338/2020, would be placed before the Employer of the Petitioner i.e. Respondent No.2/Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Nashik.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the representation of the Petitioner would be considered in the light of the judicial pronouncement of this Court and considering the comparable employees, who have been granted the same benefits. 4.
