This is an application for restoration of miscellaneous civil application which was filed on 23-03-2022.

It appears that this Court by the order dated 25-03-2022 directed both the parties to remain present in the court. In spite of that, none was present on 01.04.2022 and this court dismissed the application in default.

It is a matter of transfer of the proceeding. When my predecessor had called upon the parties to remain present, none was present and obliged. This Court had dismissed the application. It would not be appropriate for me to reconsider the order. 5.

The application is rejected.
