Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for applicants-appellants states that circumstances being beyond control of appellant, amount could not be deposited within stipulated period pursuant to order dated 9th June, 2017, passed in civil application no. 10097 of 2016, however, now the amount is ready to be deposited in this court. He therefore, seeks extension of time to deposit the amount.

Learned counsel for respondents-claimants has no particular objection for granting extension of time, if the amount is paid/deposited by 15th May, 2018.

In the circumstances, stipulated period under the order of this court for depositing amount, stands extended till 15th May, 2018.
