Order :- Heard AGP for the applicants- State of Maharashtra. He submits that this Court under Order dated 10th October, 2017 stayed the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award subject to condition that the appellant shall deposit entire amount of compensation together with interest in this court within a period of 12 weeks. But, due to unavoidable circumstances, the said amount could not be deposited within 12 weeks. However, today the applicant- State of Maharashtra is ready to deposit the amount. Learned AGP prayed to extend the time and to direct the Registry to accept the cheque. 2.

In view of submission, the period of depositing the decreetal amount in this Court is extended up-till today. The Registry to accept the cheque in compliance of order passed by this Court dated 10th October, 2017. Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of. [ K. K. SONAWANE ] JUDGE rrd.
