Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for applicantsappellants states that circumstances being beyond control of applicants-appellants, amount could not be deposited within stipulated period pursuant to order dated 21st April, 2017, passed in civil application no. 3231 of 2017, however, now the amount is ready to be deposited in this court. He therefore, seeks extension of time to deposit the amount.

Learned counsel for respondent-claimant has no particular objection for granting extension of time, if the amount is paid/deposited by 15th May, 2018.

In the circumstances, stipulated period under the order of this court for depositing amount, stands extended till 15th May, 2018.
