This is an application for a direction to the respondent to pay the arrears of maintenance. The learned counsel for the respondenthusband states that the arrears have been paid till July 2022. It is not in dispute that the arrears till July 2022 are paid. 2.

In that view of the matter, civil application is disposed of. 3.

Needless to mention that the respondent-husband shall continue to pay the monthly maintenance, as ordered.
