Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

By this application, the applicants / petitioners seek restoration of the writ petition, which stood dismissed on account of failure to supply spare copies. By an order dated 26th February 2025, this Court issued notice to the respondents for final disposal. 3.

We have perused the application and considering the contents thereof, we are inclined to allow the same. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c), subject to spare copies being supplied for issuance Shrikant Malani

910.CA.4812.2025.doc of notice within two weeks from today. The returnable date shall stand extended to 22nd August 2025.

However, the prayer is granted subject to the applicant/petitioner depositing costs of 1,000/- in the account of ₹ Library of the Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad, within two weeks from today.
