The learned advocate for the appellant has produced on record a copy of settlement arrived at between the parties before the learned mediator in the trial Court. Pursuant to the compromise even the amount deposited is withdrawn by the appellant. She further submits that in view of the same, this appeal may be permitted to be withdrawn. She has produced on record the copy of the order passed by the learned Judge, Labour Court, Ahmednagar dated 17.5.2024 and pursis dated 16.5.2024. Copies are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.
