ble Minister and this is to be complied with by respondent No.4. Despite representations putforth, respondent No.5 is not initiating steps.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction that respondent No.4 shall comply with the order dated 25-02-2022 passed in the above mentioned proceeding, on or before 21-07-2022 by following the due procedure laid down in the law.
