Learned A.G.P. has placed on record affidavit-in-reply of Special Land Acquisition Officer stating that he is waiting for the receipt of 30% amount from the Corporation and on receipt of the same effective steps will be taken.

Learned Advocate Mr. Tope for the Corporation has placed on record copy of the letter dated 25.09.2025 addressed by the Assistant Director Town Planning to the Special Land Acquisition Officer stating that 30% amount of the valuation of Gat No.42, Kanchanwadi of Rs.1,86,98,400/- is paid by the Corporation vide cheque No 431061 dated 15.09.2025. Copy of the chaeque is also annexed to the said communication. Communication and cheque are marked "X" collectively for identification purpose. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that further steps of acquisition will be taken as early as possible and within the time stipulated in the Act.
