The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is suspended under order dated 27.04.2016. The learned counsel submits that, after lapse of three months of the issuance of order of suspension the review committee has to review the suspension and take further steps with regard to revocation of suspension. The learned counsel submits that, it is almost one year the petitioner is suspended. Even review committee has recommended and submitted its recommendation to the Municipal Commissioner, but the Municipal Commissioner is not taking decision upon the same.

Mr. Ingole, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 2 and accepts that, it is the Municipal Corporation who is authorized to take decision upon revocation.

It appears that, review committee has already submitted report. Considering the same, the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon the suspension/revocation of suspension of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four
