At the outset, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to add prayer clause in the Application seeking condonation of delay. 2.

Leave granted. Amendment be carried out within one week from today.

This Application is filed by legal representatives of the Petitioner for bringing them on record in place of the Petitioner, who died on 24.01.2025. Petitioner is survived by the present Applicants. There is delay caused in filing this Application.

Legal representatives are given in Paragraph No. 3 of the Application. Though there are total 7 legal representatives, only present Applicants i.e. 1A to 1C are interested in prosecuting the Petition. 1D to 1G are to be added as Respondents. In view of the above, leave is sought to add heirs shown as 1D to 1G as Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 in the Petition.

For the reasons stated in the Application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'. Necessary amendment be carried out in the title clause within a period of two weeks from today.
