The Appellant - original accused has filed Application to recall orders dated 31st March 2016
whereby bailable warrant was issued. The Appellant and his counsel were absent on 31st March 2016. On the adjourned date of 12th April 2016 also the Appellant did not appear and report was required to be called from Registrar (Judicial). Now the counsel for Applicant - original Appellant is present and makes request to recall the bailable warrant issued.

Subject to payment of costs of Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) to be deposited to the State, the bailable warrants are recalled (if not already executed). Hamdast be given to the counsel for Appellant addressed to the police station concerned, regarding recall of the warrant.

It is now further directed that the Appellant shall, pending this Appeal, mark his presence in the trial Court every three months, and the trial Court shall send yearly report in
January, regarding compliance of these directions. In default of marking presence, this Court may be constrained to cancel the bail bonds.
4.
List the Appeal for final hearing on 2nd May 2016.

Criminal Application stands disposed of, accordingly.
