Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.

The petitioner is the defendant no.2 in a suit filed by the respondent no.1 seeking perpetual injunction. By the order under challenge, the trial court has granted ad-interim injunction declaring that it would remain in force till decision of the application for temporary injunction (Exh.6). The order under challenge was passed on 06 April 2022. It was further directed to the petitioner and other defendant to file their reply to the application (Exh.6) by 11.04.2022 and also directed both the sides to conclude there arguments on the application (Exh.6) on 18.04.2022. 3.

It would be in appropriate, in this circumstances, for this court to instead of examining the legality and appropriateness of the order under 1/2

957-WP NO.6332 OF 2022.odt challenge which could have a bearing on the decision of the trial court on the application for temporary injunction (Exh.6), to direct the trial court to take up and decide it expeditiously.
