This is an application for pre-arrest bail in Crime No.13 of 2016 registered at Neknoor Police Station, District Beed for the offence punishable under Section 399 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard the learned counsel for parties. Perused papers of investigation.

It is the case of prosecution that on 9th January, 2016 at about 01:30 hours when police party were patrolling in Limbaganesh village they received information that some persons were carrying deadly weapons in Maruti Car with an intention to commit dacoity. The vehicle was intercepted and deadly weapons like knife, sickle, iron rods and sticks were found inside the vehicle.

917 appln.2281.16.odt It is revealed during investigation that vehicle was used by Applicants in fake number. The same is yet to be seized and custodial interrogation of Applicants would be necessary. In this background this Court is not inclined to grant interim protection. Hence the following order -
