Mr.Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that the appellate Court has suspended conviction of the petitioner, still, the termination order is issued. The appeal is filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, however, the same is not being heard.

As appeal is pending, we are not considering the contentions of the petitioner on merits. The Respondent No.2 shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months. The petitioner may appear before the Respondent No.2 on 4.5.2017.
