It appears that the proposal forwarded by the Headmaster of the respondent no. 4 dated 18 November 2022 addressed to the respondent no. 3 - Education Officer seeks approval albeit the prayer seems to be erroneously made for effecting the transfer. SGP

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take a decision pursuant to the proposal for approval received from the respondent no. 4 - school dated 18 November 2022 (Exh.
