The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have approached the Commissioner with a grievance against respondent No. 4 - Sugar Factory that the payment as per M.R.P. of the sugarcane is not made. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

In case the application of the petitioners is pending with respondent No. 2 (Page 15), then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned preferably within a period of three months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
