By way of present application, the applicant Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, prays for grant of permission to provide financial assistance to the tune of Rs.2,51,00,000/- (Rs. Two Crores Fifty One lakhs) to the families of CRPF personnel killed in the attack in Pulwama district.

The application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer claue (B).
