The victim has no objection to grant the applicant relief. The applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.0667/2022, registered with Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 109 of the Indian Penal code, Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3(2)(va), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Since the victim has married the applicant and both have been residing together happily, the application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.0667/2022, registered with Shrigonda Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 109 of the Indian Penal code, Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3(2)(va), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
