ORDER
(22nd March, 2025) 1.
This appeal is for enhancement of the compensation granted by the Tribunal.

Parties have settled the dispute. Terms of settlement indicate that in addition to the amount of compensation granted by the Tribunal, claimants would be entitled to receive Rs. 11,00,000/-. Claimants are present before this Court along with their advocate. Signatures of the claimants are confirmed by them which are duly attested. They further confirm the terms of settlement to be voluntary. Having regard to the facts of the case, settlement is reasonable 117-CA-1893-2014.odt
and hence deserves to be accepted.

At the request of learned counsel for claimants, respondents/insurers undertakes to deposit Rs. 11,00,000/- within a period of six weeks before this Court. The amount be disbursed to the claimants with accrued interest in accordance with award passed by the Tribunal. Apportionment of the agreed amount be done accordance with original award. 4.
In view of this, appeal stands disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the rules. 6.
The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 7.
The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 8.
No order as to costs.
