Heard Mr. Solanke, learned Counsel for the petitioner. On a grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.07.2018, the present Contempt Petition was filed. On issuance of notice, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed placed on record copy of the order passed by Ajit Kumbhar, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed dated 26 September 2019, whereby the Chief Executive Officer has considered all the issues directed by this Court and by considering representation made before the

(2) CP-343.2019.odt Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Executive Officer arrived at a decision that the petitioner is to be treated as "Deemed Trained Teacher" and he would be entitled for the pay-scale from 01.01.1986 in the pay band of Rs. 1200-1800 and from 01.01.1996 in the pay band of Rs. 4000-6000 as the modified pay-scale. Needless to state that, this order is passed subject to certain conditions which are the usual conditions.

As the order passed by Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed shows that the order of this Court is complied with in letter and spirit, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition.
