Heard rival submissions. The applicant - Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay of 846 days in both these applications which appears to be caused due to getting required sanction. There is no strong oppose from the other side. In view of the same, delay of 846 days in both these applications stands condoned.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections.

The Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly. 4.

The learned Counsel Mrs. Vaishali Jadhav is no more on the panel of Acquiring Body and hence her appearance is discharged.
