Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant. 2.

Perused the applications and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgments and awards, passed by the learned Reference Court in Land Acquisition References, on condition that applicant/ appellant deposits the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law. 4.
